Gemini Communication Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2014, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>In view of the Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on February 14, 2014, to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013, the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from February 05, 2014 to February 17, 2014 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
