Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 25, 2016, Mr. Rajendra Kumar Agarwal, Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company has been re-appointed as MD and CEO of the Company for a period of three years with effect from May 29, 2016.<BR><BR>The re-appointment and remuneration of Mr. Rajendra Kumar Agarwal will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules as are applicable from time to time.
