Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that :<br/><br/>"Pursuant to the provisions of section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 and Rule 21 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is pleased to offer e-voting facility as an alternate, for all its members to enable them to vote on all resolutions set forth in this Notice of AGM, by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited ("CDSL"). The e-Voting period commences on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 (9:00 a.m.) and ends on Thursday, September 25, 2014 (5:30 p.m.). The detailed instructions for e-Voting process are given in the Notes forming part of the Notice of the AGM."
