| This is to inform that pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Employees Stock Option Scheme-2012 (ESOS-2012) of the Company, the Company on March 01, 2017 has allotted total 1,60,683 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each (consisting of 1,17,396 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each at an exercise price of Rs.7/- per equity share, 34,120 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each at an exercise price of Rs.6/- per equity share and 9,167 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each at an exercise price of Rs.27.10/- per equity share). Post allotment of the said equity shares, the equity share capital of the Company would stand increased to 25,71,83,714 equity shares of Re.1/- each aggregating to Rs.25,71,83,714/-. | |
