| Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 11.00 a.m., inter alia, to transact the following businesses:1. To consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017; and 2. To consider recommendation of a final dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017. Further, with reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Trading Window, for dealing in shares of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited by the Insiders and Designated Persons as defined in the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders of the Company, will remain closed from May 15, 2017 to May 25, 2017 (both days inclusive). | |
