Geodesic Ltd has informed BSE that:<br/><br/>"The Companies Act, 2013 mandates the Financial Year of the Company to be from April-March. The notification of section 2 of the said Act by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs w.e.f. April 01, 2014 has necessitated the Company to change its Financial year from July-June to April-March. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and passed a circular resolution under Section 289 of the Companies Act, 1956 to change the Financial Year of the Company to that effect. Hence, the current Financial Year of the Company will be of 9 months from July 01, 2013 to March 31, 2014. The subsequent Financial Years of the Company would be from April to March."
