This is to inform that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2017 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from Wednesday, 26th April, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive).
