Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Maria Monserrate, Company Secretary, is no longer in services of the Company w.e.f. September 01, 2014.<br/><br/>Also Pursuant to clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement, Mr. Neeraj Dutt, Chief Financial Officer, will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company until a new Company Secretary is appointed as required under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
