Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to Regulation 8 (Code of Fair Disclosure) and Regulation 9 (Code of Conduct) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company have formulated Code of practices and Code for procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI). These codes will come into force with effect from May 15, 2015.
