With reference to the earlier communication dated May 19, 2016 regarding grant of Employees Stock Options, GHCL Ltd has now informed BSE that based on the criteria prescribed by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, two more employees were eligible to receive stock options. Consequently, total Stock Options granted to the eligible employees stand increased from 11.90 lakhs to 12.10 lakhs Stock options. All other terms & conditions remains the same.
