Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, intimation be and is hereby given that 175th Board Meeting of the Company, is scheduled to be held on May 20, 2017 at New Delhi to consider, approve and take on record inter alia the following: The audited financial results for the quarter I year ended March 31 , 2017 including consolidated audited annual accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 , 2017. Recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.To fix the date of 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company. To recommend re-appointment of Mr. RS Jalan as a Managing Director. To approve Capital Budget and Revenue Budget for the financial year 2017-18.To consider Board's Report, MDA, BRR and Corporate Governance Report etc. for the financial year ended on March 31, 2017.
