GHCL Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company, is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, inter alia, to consider the reviewed un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (the Code) of the Company read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives) from January 21, 2017 to February 02, 2017 (both days inclusive).
