GHCL Ltd has informed BSE that Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider the reviewed un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from July 21, 2014 to August 01, 2014 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Accordingly, during the said periods, the directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members etc. are directed not to deal in the Companys shares.
