GHCL Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company has approved the following changes in directorship through circular resolution:<br/><br/>1. Smt. Padma Vinod Betai, Chief General Manager - IDBI Bank Limited, has been appointed as Nominee Director of the Company in place of Mr. D. C. Jain w.e.f. September 06, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Mr. S. H. Ruparell has resigned from the directorship of the Company, due to his personal reasons, w.e.f. September 15, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Mr. K. C. Jani has been appointed as an Additional Director under category of Independent Director, with effect from September 18, 2014.
