GIC Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 07, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 60% including one time silver jubilee dividend of 10%, Re. 1/- per equity share) for the financial year 2013-14.
