| Ginni Filaments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2014, inter alia, transacted the following items of businesses:<br/><br/>1. Re-appointment of Dr. Rajaram Jaipuria as Managing Director for a period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2014 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Re-appointment of Shri. Shishir Jaipuria as Managing Director for a period of three years w.e.f. April 01, 2014 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Fixation of remuneration of Shri. Saket Jaipuria as Executive Director for a remaining period of two years of his tenure w.e.f. February 11, 2014 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company. | |
