The Board at its meeting held on November 07, 2015, has taken on record his resignation from the Board of Directors.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Vinod Juneja, who was an alternate to Mr. Nehal Modi on the Board of the Company, has consequently ceased to be Alternate Director. | |
