Gitanjali Gems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>Further, the trading window in respect of the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors/officers/Designated Employee of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on November 07, 2014 till close of the trading hours on November 15, 2014 as per the code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company.
