GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Board noted that Horlicks Limited had withdrawn the Nomination of Mr. Jonathan Box and nominated Mr. Joaquin Beneyto Mascaro in his place, as the Director of the Company with effect from May 17, 2016, under Article 97-A of the Articles of Association of the Company.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, Ms. Sonali Khanna, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned and the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 17, 2016 has accepted her resignation and accordingly Ms. Sonali Khanna ceases to be a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the closing hours of May 17, 2016.
