This is to inform you that Mr. Navneet Saluja has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from January 1, 2018 in place of Mr. Manoj Kumar who ceases to be the Managing Director from the close of business of December 31, 2017. <BR> <BR> This is also to advise you that Mr. Subodh Bhargava would step down as Director and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company on completion of his tenure on March 31, 2018. Mr. Zubair Ahmed has been nominated as the 'Non-Executive Chairman Designate' of the Board of the Company and will take over as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board with effect from April 1, 2018.<BR> <BR> The above was recorded and approved at the Board meeting held today and may please be taken as our intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR>
