With reference to the news article in Financial Express July 29, 2015 captioned "Glenmark Pharma's skin gel infringes patent, says US court", Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"We confirm the decision has been passed by the U.S.Court. Challenges in Para-IV filings are a usual practice in U.S. and the said decision can be appealed against.<BR><BR>The Company is not generating any revenues out of the said product and hence the court decision has no material impact on the Company."
