With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 26, 2014 regarding the disclosure made by the Company pursuant to Clause 35A of the listing agreement pertaining to outcome of the AGM held on July 25, 2014, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has now informed BSE that in disclosure uploaded, the page number four (i.e. Resolution Nos. 8, 9 and 10) had been missed out inadvertently.<br/><br/>Therefore, the Company has submitted corrected copy of disclosure of Voting results of AGM pursuant to Clause 35A.
