Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Rajesh Desai, Executive Director - IT, Finance & Legal has been with Glenmark for over thirty-three years. During this period, he has been a significant contributor in shaping the growth and sustained success. Mr. Desai is due to retire in July, 2016. He has graciously agreed to an extension until March 31, 2017 to ensure a smooth transition. In addition, Mr. Desai will continue on the Company's Board of Directors.<BR><BR>Mr. Desai will transition the finance function to Mr. P. Ganesh, who has joined the Company as President & Chief Finance Officer (CFO) effective May 12, 2016. In this role, he will lead the Finance function globally.
