The Exchange had sought clarification from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd with respect to news article appearing on ET Now on March 20, 2015 titled "Delhi High court restrains Glenmark Pharma from manufacturing and marketing Zeta, Zeta-met used to treat Diabetes"<BR><BR>Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd replied stating "We state as under:<BR><BR>Division bench of Delhi high court has injuncted today Glenmark from manufacturing Zita and Zita- met.<BR><BR>The injunction is not applicable for the products (zita and zita-met) which are already in market.<BR> <BR>The company is seeking legal advise on the next steps and will take appropriate action."
