Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To Consider and recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and other designated employees of the Company from May 18, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.
