Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board at its Meeting held on November 2, 2017 have approved the appointment of Mr. V. S. Mani as President & Global Chief Financial Officer with effect from November 16, 2017 upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. P Ganesh, current President and Global Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation to explore an opportunity outside the Company.
