Glittek Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider, take on record and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per Company's Code of conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain close for all designated Employees and directors from May 23, 2016 to June 02, 2016.
