| Glittek Granites Ltd has informed BSE that Independent Director in their separate meeting held on March 20, 2015, has done performance evaluation of non-Independent Director and others in line with the requirement of clause 49 of the listing agreement read with applicable provisions of schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>The following items of the Agenda were discussed:<BR><BR>1. Review the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a Whole.<BR><BR>2. Review the Performance of the Chairperson of the Company, taking into account the views of executive directors and non- executive directors.<BR><BR>3. Assess the Quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the Company management and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively and reasonably perform their duties. | |
