| Glittek Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider, take on record and approve the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for nine Months ended and quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per Company's Code of conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain close for all designated Employees and directors from January 29, 2016 to February 11, 2016. | |
