Globus Spirits Ltd has informed BSE that earlier the Company had formed a Wholly owned subsidiary in the name of M/s Uber Blenders & Distillers Limited having its Registered Office at F-0, The Mira Corporate Suites, Ishwar Nagar, Mathura Road, New Delhi - 110065. And subsequently the Company has invested INR 5,00,000/- in its wholly owned subsidiary vide dated February 16, 2015 towards initial subscription money required in forming of the said WOS.
