The Exchange had sought clarification from GMR Infrastructure Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Mint on June 29, 2015 titled "GMR to revamp Rs 4500 Crs Odisha plant Loan"<BR><BR>GMR Infrastructure Ltd has replied stating "We would like to inform you that the news item relates to refinancing of Rs.4,500 Crore loan for GMR Group's Kamalanga power project in Odisha. Refinancing of loans, exploration of funding options, etc., are in the ordinary course of business and therefore do not require any reporting requirement.<BR><BR>The Company has been disclosing all the information required to be disclosed under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement."
