GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. C. P. Sounderarajan has resigned from the post of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and Mr. A. S. Cherukupalli has been appointed in place of Mr. C. P. Sounderarajan with effect from August 13, 2015. Mr. C. P. Sounderarajan will continue to be in the services of the Company till September 23, 2015 to ensure smooth transition.
