Goa Carbon Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 28, 2014 to September 06, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 06, 2014.<br/><br/>The dividend on equity shares, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 06, 2014, will be paid on September 22, 2014.
