Godfrey Phillips India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has recommended the payment of dividend of 400% i.e. Rs. 8/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend declared at the AGM will be paid within 30 days of declaration.<BR><BR>The meeting commenced at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 1.50 P.M
