Godfrey Phillips India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and halt year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2) and also to consider fixing the record date for sub-division of Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each into 5 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up as approved by the shareholders in their Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the insiders covered under Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading for a period starting from 4 P.M. on October 30, 2014 to November 10, 2014.
