| Dear Sir,<BR> <BR> Sub: Exercise of Stock Grants under the Employee Stock Grant Scheme, 2011<BR> <BR> The stock exchanges are hereby informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Godrej Consumer Products Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (the "GCPL ESGS"), some of the option grantees have exercised 1,27,886 stock grants equivalent to 1,27,886 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each of the Company (the "Equity Shares"). <BR> <BR> Accordingly, the duly authorised Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 1,27,886 equity shares on August 5, 2017 at an exercise price of Re.1 per equity share to the option grantees in terms of the GCPL ESGS.<BR> <BR> Consequently the issued capital of the Company stands increased to 68,13,60,642 equity shares of Re.1 each and the subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to 68,13,29,518 equity shares of face value Re.1 each.<BR> | |
