| Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2016, inter alia, has:<BR><BR>1. Declared a fourth interim dividend @ Rs. 2.75/- per share (275% on the shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each) for the financial year 2015-16. The dividend will be paid on May 25, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Recommended that the four interim dividends pertaining to the Financial year 2015-16 declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 29, 2015, October 24, 2015, January 27, 2016 and May 03, 2016 and aggregating to Rs. 5.75 per share (575% on the shares of the face value of Re. 1 each), be declared as final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>- Convening of AGM:<BR><BR>The Board has convened the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company.
