Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2015, inter alia, has :&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1. Declared a Fourth interim dividend @ Rs. 2.50/- per share (250% on the shares of the face value of Re. 1/-each) for the financial year 2014-15.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The dividend will be paid on May 21, 2015.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Recommended that the four interim dividends pertaining to the Financial year 2014-15 declared by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 28, 2014, November 01, 2014, February 05, 2015 and April 28, 2015 and aggregating to Rs. 5.50 per share (550 % on the shares of the face value of Re. 1 each), be declared as final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2015.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Convening of AGM:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The Board has convened the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company. The details of date, time and venue are given below:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Date : July 29, 2015&lt;BR&gt;Time :3.30 p.m.&lt;BR&gt;Venue : Godrej One Pirojshanagar, Eastern Express Highway, Vikhroli (E), Mumbai 400 079.
