| Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Employee Stock Grant Scheme 2011 (ESGS 2011), the Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide its resolution dated November 21, 2014 has approved the granting of 2,207 Stock Grants to eligible employees of the Company.<br/><br/>In terms of the above scheme, one Stock Grant represents one equity share of the Company. The equity shares shall vest in the employees on the dates as given hereunder.<br/><br/>- No. of Grants : 736<br/>- Vesting Date : November 21, 2015<br/><br/>- No. of Grants : 736 <br/>- Vesting Date : May 31, 2016<br/><br/>- No. of Grants : 735<br/>- Vesting Date : May 31, 2017<br/><br/>The eligible employees shall be entitled to exercise the options vested in them, within one month from the date of vesting or such dates as may be determined by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.<br/><br/>The Exercise Price shall be Re. 1/- per equity share. The equity shares vested in the eligible employees shall be allotted on payment of the Exercise Price. | |
