Further to our letter dated May 9, 2017 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR/Listing Regulations'), we are enclosing a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated May 12, 2017, seeking approval of the members for increase in authorised share capital of the company and consequential amendment to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company and issue of bonus shares. The Postal Ballot Notice along with the Explanatory Statement and Postal Ballot Form, is being sent to the members whose names appear on the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners received from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents, Depositories as on May 12, 2017. The company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services Limited ('CDSL')for providing e-voting facility to the members. The e-voting facility is available from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, May 19, 2017 to 5.00 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2017. The result of postal ballot will be declared on or before Monday, June 19, 2017.
