| Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of the Godrej Consumer Products Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (the "GCPL ESGS"), one option grantee has exercised 2579 stock grants equivalent to 2579 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each of the Company (the "Equity Shares").<BR><BR>Accordingly, on March 20, 2015, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors has allotted 2579 equity shares at an exercise price of Re.1 per equity share to the option grantee in terms of the GCPL ESGS.<BR><BR>Consequently, the issued capital of the Company stands increased to 34,04,78,025 equity shares of Re.1 each and the subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to 34,04,46,901 equity shares of face value Re. 1 each. | |
