Godrej Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. N. B. Godrej as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from April 01, 2017, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and the Central Government.
