With reference to the earlier letter dated March 17, 2016, Gokak Textiles Ltd has now informed BSE that the lockout continues due to the industrial unrest at the Gokak Mills, manufacturing plant of the Company at Gokak Falls, Dist. Belgaum, Karnataka State.<BR><BR>The Management team is making all efforts to counsel the workmen and restore normalcy and also is in discussion with the Union representatives and local government authorities to resolve the issue.
