Gokak Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 with Limited Review Report by Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR><BR>In accordance with the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window would remain closed from February 06, 2017 and shall open 48 (Forty eight) hours after the results are made public.
