Gokak Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2015, have resolved to change the next financial year covering a period of 6 months from October 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016 to align the financial year, as per the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 to be ended on the 31st March, every year. As is known, the current financial year of the Company was from October 01, 2014 to September 30, 2015.
