Gokak Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. H. S. Bhaskar, Executive Director & CEO, Whole time Director and the Key Managerial personnel of the Company has resigned from the Board and his resignation has been accepted at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on July 13, 2015 with immediate effect.<BR><BR>At the said Board Meeting, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Sachin Kulkarni, Chief Operating Officer has been appointed as an Additional Director, Whole time Director and the Key Managerial Personnel with effect from July 13, 2015, subject to the approval of shareholders.
