Gokak Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that due to his personal commitments, Mr. Mohan Ketkar has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from January 02, 2017.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that Mr. Vikram Nagar, Chief Financial Officer is appointed as the Compliance Officer, for the interim period, till the appointment of a qualified Company Secretary.
