Gokak Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra-ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Company convened to be held on September 18, 2015 has been adjourned due to lack of quorum.<BR><BR>As per the provisions of Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013, the meeting shall stand adjourned to the same day in the next week at the same time and place i.e. September 25, 2015 at 3.00 p.m. at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Race Course Road, Bangalore - 560 001 to the transact the same business as mentioned in the Notice dated July 28, 2015.
