| Goldstone Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, Inter alia to:<BR><BR>- Consider, take on record and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per the Goldstone Technologies Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 for all the Designated Employees, Departmental Heads and Directors of the Company from May 22, 2016 to May 28, 2016. | |
