Goldstone Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2015, Inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. Consider matters relating to ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>2. Consider, take on record and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Goldstone Technologies Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 for all the Designated Employees, Departmental Heads and Directors of the Company from August 02, 2015 to August 08, 2015.
